Here's the Plan:
I get paid on Thursday. I will pick up the Phentermine on thursday and start friday. I will buy groceries Thursday night, including:
-shampoo and conditioner
-razors
-cotton balls
-q-tips
-1lb fat free turkey
-1 loaf whole grain wheat bread
-mustard
-tomatoes
-baby carrots
-fat free dressing
-lettuce
-lots of bananas
-lots of water bottles
-boneless, skinless chicken breasts
my daily meals will go like this:
wake up
take phentermine
drink large glass of ice cold water
eat a banana
lunch
eat turkey sandwich made with tomato, turkey, mustard and whole grain bread
eat a cup of carrot sticks
drink a whole bunch of ice cold water
dinner
make a salad with lettuce, fat free dressing, and some chicken breast
eat some carrots
eat a banana with some yogurt or an apple
drink more water
repeat every single day.
Until I lose 100 lbs.
